Challanges
The customer did not specify any departure airports or routes for the participants. Instead, Pro Sky was to develop the ideal and at the same time economical travel logistics for this project on the basis of the places of residence.Due to complicated regulations governing entry, none of the participants should have to change planes in the US. Consequently, many scheduled flights could not be used.

Implementation
Pro Sky flight professionals were to develop travel logistics combining scheduled flights and charters to optimal effect.
Scheduled tickets & aircraft charters
- In the planning phase, a fixed team of eight Pro Sky flight professionals worked on meeting customer requirements.
- The guests were booked onto 342 different scheduled flights.
- Transfer points in Madrid, Toronto, Havana and Panama City where a total of 750 participants caught specially chartered connecting flights.
- Pro Sky Flight Managers took care of the guests at all transfer airports throughout the world.
Customization
- Pro Sky set up a hospitality desk in the event hotel in Nassau where participants could alter their flight bookings and make reservations at any time.
- A team of eight Pro Sky flight professionals were on duty up to 20 hours a day during the entire seven-day conference. Thus, we were able to react flexibly and quickly to all the customer’s wishes.
