Challenges
- On the basis of the expected number of participants, Pro Sky was to develop a flight schedule with the optimal combination of exclusive charters and scheduled flights.
- The project should be planned and carried out in direct communication with 80 importers worldwide.
- Aircraft and in-flight service should reflect the premium brand of the automobile manufacturer.
- In Mallorca, Pro Sky was to ensure the smooth running of baggage transfer between the airport and the four event hotels.
Implementation
In close cooperation with AUDI AG and with the lead agency, kogag, Pro Sky developed a flight solution tailored to the customer’s requirements.
Scheduled tickets & aircraft charters
Participants from countries with a large number of passengers flew directly to Palma de Mallorca. Smaller groups travelled on scheduled flights to central transfer airports in Europe, where specially chartered planes were waiting to fly them on to Spain.

Customization
At all departure airports and at the transfer airports, Pro Sky Flight Managers ensured that everything ran smoothly as far as flight logistics were concerned. Pro Sky also commissioned hostesses who guaranteed top service for the passengers both at check-in and in-flight.
With the aid of experts from Pro Sky, flights were integrated into the brand communication of the event. The AUDI logo was visible in four different places, including on the check-in monitors, the headrest covers and the specially printed in-flight menus. On all flights, passengers were able to enjoy a high-quality business-class set menu we selected according to the customer’s requirements.

In Mallorca, Pro Sky arranged the baggage handling for all participants of the dealers’ meeting. Pro Sky Flight Managers had already labelled all suitcases with colour coding for the four hotels back at the departure airports of the exclusive charters. This meant that upon arrival in Spain guests did not need to reclaim their luggage. Pro Sky transferred it directly to the hotels.
On the day of the return journey, participants were able to check in for their return flights on the way to breakfast in each of the four hotels. They received their boarding cards and were able to hand in their luggage which Pro Sky then transferred to the airport. Almost 4,600 pieces of baggage were handled overall.
