2010-07-01
New innovative products added to its portfolio
The wind of change blows into Pro Sky’s French office: the specialist in customised flights and advertising in the aviation environment has moved into new premises in the ninth arrondissement of central Paris. At the same time, a new manager has taken over the helm. Experienced aviation specialist Gilles Meynard is now in charge of activities in France.
Under its new management, Pro Sky France, established around 10 years ago, has moved into attractive premises in the ninth arrondissement of Paris. The office is now very central in the immediate vicinity of Boulevard Haussmann. Staff here serve the entire French market with aircraft charters, scheduled tickets for groups, Corporate Jets, Airport & Inflight Services and media solutions.
The new French Managing Director Gilles Meynard is an experienced and renowned aviation expert. “Gilles has acquired new customers within a very short space of time and will continue to promote Pro Sky’s growth in France,” says Armin Truger, owner of the company. Gilles Meynard joined Pro Sky’s international management in 2010. His 20-year career to date has included working for French airlines TAT and AOM as well as managing the French office of British aircraft charter company Air Partner.
There have also been some innovative new additions to Pro Sky France’s product portfolio. The company is currently launching an insurance-based guarantee against possible airline insolvencies on the French market. “Pro Sky’s international strategy is based on reliability and competence, constantly striving to provide customers with special benefits,” comments Armin Truger. “The insurance-based guarantee and other new products are prime examples of this endeavour.”
The Paris office is also in charge of further development of Pro Sky’s system for evaluating the service quality of airlines. Gilles Meynard explains the concept behind this project: “It is of the utmost importance to our employees to be able to recommend airlines to our clients that actually match their expectations.” The French Managing Director is a proven expert in this segment. Gilles Meynard is responsible for the company’s internal system for assessing airlines at international level.
Pro Sky’s management is also seeking to increase its number of employees during the remainder of this year. At least two more aircraft charter specialists are to be recruited in 2010. “With new colleagues, we also attach great importance to excellent customer orientation and a highly developed team spirit,” says Meynard. He is looking for staff who are proactive and want to play a role in shaping the company.
