Pro Sky auf der IMEXCorporate events can be expensive. That’s why Pro Sky is helping companies reduce costs by ensuring that even time spent travelling to events makes a significant contribution to business communications.

The customised air travel provider will highlight how companies can cut costs while improving communications through business flights to events at the upcoming IMEX conference running from the 25th to 27th May in Frankfurt.
“Low ticket prices only half the battle,” warns Armin Truger, MD of Pro Sky. According to a study by Pro Sky, for presentations requiring one overnight stay, up to 30 percent of the duration of the event can be spent travelling.

“It’s counter-productive for people to take part in a great event, if they have a bad flight experience,” says Armin Truger. “Using our services, companies can not only reduce flight duration and costs, they can turn the trip in an important brand building exercise.”

Pro Sky’s flight professionals will set out their stall at IMEX, the international trade fair for the meetings and events industry, explaining how customising flights to events can make a significant contribution to the ROI of the event.
The company takes a holistic approach to the way it handles scheduled tickets and aircraft charters for groups. Pro Sky analyses every aspect of the business trip, from the flights, to the event and the destination, then devises a customised flight programme that helps maximise the return on every element. “Clients quite rightly ask what they are spending their money on. And we are always able to provide the answers,” says Armin Truger.

At IMEX, Nella Bellanova from Pro Sky’s Airport & Inflight Services Division will give examples of how companies have used Pro Sky to customise flight programmes to add overall value to the event. “Pro Sky began providing this service in 1996 and has been developing it ever since,” she says.

This year, for the first time, Pro Sky will share an exhibition stand with The Leading Hotels of the World; two companies that together share a passion for providing the best possible customer service. “Top hotels do a brilliant job of managing to take very individual care of their guests within a highly efficient structure,” Armin Truger comments. “Airlines can learn from this.”

Pro Sky will share an exhibition stand with The Leading Hotels of the World from 25 May to 27 May 2010 at the IMEX trade fair in Frankfurt: Hall 8, Stand F 615.
