Flight Management

On the day of departure, your Pro Sky Flight Manager is your personal guarantee that the journey will run smoothly. Our very well trained colleagues are quality managers and contacts on site. We provide you with this particular service free of charge for aircraft charters from 70 guests. On request, an experienced Pro Sky Flight Manager can also be available for smaller groups or even for scheduled flights. 
 

Quality management on site is a key task, successfully combining complex international air traffic with our customers’ individual requirements. Each of our Flight Managers is therefore a proven expert with several years of aviation or event experience. In addition, our colleagues are specially trained to deal with the specific challenges of flight coordination at MICE events. 
 

But our Pro Sky Flight Managers are not on their own. Behind every colleague is a whole team of specialists, researching important additional information on the day of departure from our offices. For example, Pro Sky is linked into the central European system for flight coordination (Eurocontrol), ensuring we can always follow where your aircraft is and whether it is on schedule at any point. We transfer these valuable details directly to the Flight Manager on site.
