Pro Sky’s mission is to better connect groups of individuals with worldwide destinations via the air. By 2025, we plan to fly more than 1 million one-way passengers per year. To support our ambition, we are opening a Head of Marketing position.

As the Head of Marketing, you will have a direct impact on the repositioning of our brand and the scaling of our business. To enable growth, you will build and own an effective acquisition and engagement funnel, with a specific focus in Europe. To deliver an outstanding and sustainable work, you will implement new processes across the company, as well as structure and expand competencies within the marketing team. All in all, you directly contribute to positioning our company as not only a great one to work with but also a great one to work for.

 

...You WILL BUILD AND MAINTAIN THE COMpANY BRAND

Innovation is part of Pro Sky’s DNA, but we believe it is not been reflected enough on our brand perception. We need you to make our mission statement and our corporate values more tangible across our communication on the market. You will lead the update of our corporate brand positioning and clarify the core messages of our products and services. You will make sure that we have a consistent brand identity across all existing and new communication channels.

 

...YOU WILL GENERATE DEMAND AND TRIGGER BUSINESS GROWTH

You are obsessed to increase qualified leads. You will optimize our brand awareness and grow our business globally, from top to bottom of the funnel. Of course, you will deeply understand who is buying from us. That is why you will clarify our buyer personae and evangelize them across our company. In cooperation with other colleagues (mainly Marketing, Process Engineer, Product, Sales and Account Managers), you will implement and automate the entire lead lifecycle. Your input will help understand and increase our customer lifetime value thanks to better engagement & customer loyalty.

 

...YOU WILL LEAD CHANGES AND AUTOMATE PROCESSES

Thanks to your data-informed approach, you will continuously measure your actions, learn and optimize future activities. You will boost internal competencies to acquire and engage with customers. You will be at ease to create and process go-to-market tactics for different types of stakeholders: potential customers, suppliers or future colleagues as part of our employer branding strategy together with the People team. You know how to communicate with empathy and clarity towards different audiences. Your growth mindset will inspire everyone within the company. You believe you can’t stop learning. You embrace constructive criticism and constantly challenge yourself and the status quo.

 

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU...

…are totally in line with what is written above, completed with the following:

  • Fluent German and English. French is a plus.

  • 5+years of experience in a mix of B2B and B2C environments, ideally in a marketing agency or for a brand with a clear positioning.

  • You master Growth metric framework (AARRR or similar) and track marketing ROI.

  • You have experience in defining OKRs, sharing and socializing them across the company.

  • You have implemented go-to-market strategy to drive product(s) adoption, growth, and retention.

  •  At ease with a full-stack marketing automation software (Hubspot or similar).

  •  Good command of SEO, SEA and SMO.

  •  Strong leadership. You have experience in recruiting and leading a team.

  •  You are a doer. You like to put your hands in the dirt.

  •  You are digital savvy and passionate about marketing.

  •  You have a strong sense of humour.

  •  Having experience in SAAS industry is a plus.
