At Airport & Inflight team 5 colleagues with different backgrounds are looking forward to meeting you. You will also work closely with your colleagues in Aircraft Charters, Account Management and other teams. In total, we at Pro Sky are about 80 experts spread over several locations, united by our passion for travel.


YOUR WORKING DAY... one thing above all: always different!

Our mission is to connect people and destinations. The Airport & Inflight team organizes services at airports and on board. Our customers range from event and travel managers to buyers and wedding planners. You’ll help them communicate the message of the event right from the start with a wide portfolio of services.

On a normal day, you work in parallel on different requests at different stages: you support your colleagues from Aircraft Charters with information during the quotation phase, you take over booked flights, discuss with your clients their needs and the possibilities. This can be having your own check-in counter, the logo above it, special catering on board, menu cards, and much more. For this, you are in constant contact with airlines, handling agents and other suppliers in order to fulfill the wishes of your clients in the best possible way. Furthermore, you provide all parties involved with the necessary details for flight handling (passenger list, contact persons, check-in counters, etc.). When the flight departs, you are in telephone contact with all parties involved or perhaps you are at the airport yourself, supervising the flight or maybe flying with your clients.

Through your regular communication on all channels, whether by email, telephone, virtual or face-to-face meetings, you quickly build, maintain and intensify long-term relationships. You are the link between your customers and the airline and our other partners and are in constant contact with all of them.

Since our clients (and we) come from all over the world, you communicate in French, English and other languages you know.

You will also work in international and cross-functional teams on development topics that make life easier for our clients and for us.


WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF... have kerosene in your blood, want to take off in aviation, and like to go the famous extra mile for your customers.

You should also have:

  • Some work experience, preferably at airports, in aviation, customer service or hotel industry.
  • Have very good French and good English skills, any other language is a plus.
  • Enjoy communicating with different people.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and enjoy using digital tools to organize your work efficiently.
  • Great attention to details and comfortable managing multiple things on the fly.
  • Be able to structure your daily work well and prioritize tasks.
  • Willing to work on the weekends, nights and are available to travel.
  • Have completed an apprenticeship or university degree ...
  • ...and have a sense of humor.
