When they’re touring, bands have busy schedules. But even by those standards, The BossHoss had a challenging timetable to maintain on June 4.
After performing in Bielefeld that afternoon, they were on the program at the Rock am Ring festival that evening in Mendig. They turned to Pro Sky for help managing transport of the band and the crew for arrival in time for the day’s second gig.
With our experience in VIP travel, we booked a 31-seat Dornier 328 Prop. We also had to navigate logistical issues, because this type of aircraft usually operates from terminals. By negotiating approval to use the General Aviation Terminal (GAT), where private jets take off, we were able to reduce check-in, waiting, and handling time. This made it possible for The BossHoss to maintain its ambitious travel schedule and arrive at the festival on time.
We know how important reliability is when we deliver VIP services. But it was our turn to feel like VIPs when we received this note from the band:
Howdy Pro Sky Crew,
Thank you for this mega flight with you.
In our last 10 years, this was unique.
Fly like a Rockstar — Thanx!!!
When we manage complex travel requirements, our clients are always the stars of the show. Thanks from everyone on our team to all the members of The BossHoss for making this flight extra memorable.
