Attending EBACE was really important to me for several reasons,” sums up Dietmar Herre. I of course want to find out about the latest developments in the airline industry so I can give my customers state-of-the-art know-how and the best service. The largest trade fair for private and business aviation also provides opportunities for face-to-face talks with aircraft providers with whom you otherwise have only telephone or email contact over the year.” One stop at EBACE was the Cessna stand.
“I got to know some of the different types of aircraft types and learnt about the latest cockpit technology. I can now pass on even more valuable knowledge and information to customers, so as to find the best aircraft solutions. New information and learning new things enable us to provide a consistently good service to customers.” Although this doesn't apply just to Cessna, the new Citation Latitude model was also particularly impressive.

THE FIRST MEDIUM-CLASS JET WITH A WIDE CABIN + LEVEL FLOOR
“The new Citation Latitude really appealed to me. This aircraft offers a very spacious cabin that you can actually stand up in, something you usually get only in models from much more expensive categories. There's also space for a loads of luggage. And all this at a very attractive price.” The Cessna Citation Latitude is in fact the very first business jet that offers a wide cabin and a level floor in the medium-range price category. This gives it 11 percent more legroom than the Legacy 450, and 454 kilos of luggage capacity instead of 399.
“This makes a huge difference,” affirms Dietmar Herre. “Cabin features are also controllable from a tablet, WiFi comes as standard and the Latitude can cover distances of up to 5000 kilometres with four passengers on board. Jets just like these are especially interesting to our customers. We’re keen to see how often we can actually use this model.”
